Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their service or membership with thirty days written notice. Notice must be submitted by email to the designated Springs People contact. All services delivered and hours used up to the cancellation date will be invoiced in full. For individual sessions, meetings or coaching appointments: • Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice will not incur any charge. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full. • Non attendance without prior notice will also be charged in full. • Exceptions may be considered in genuinely exceptional circumstances, assessed on a case by case basis. Springs People reserves the right to cancel or reschedule planned work in exceptional circumstances. Any change will be communicated promptly and an alternative date will be offered. This policy ensures clarity and consistency while maintaining a compassionate and fair approach when unforeseen circumstances arise.
