“Springs” is a nod to the Spanish word Fuentes, meaning “fountain” or “spring”, a symbol of renewal, flow, and life.

It captures the essence of how we support organisations: helping them create flow where things may feel stuck, pressured or fragmented.

After many years leading people strategies in complex and fast-growing environments, Beatriz recognised that organisations often need more than policies or processes. They need support that restores connection between people, culture and purpose. They need clarity, momentum and a partner who understands both the human and operational realities of organisational life.
