Springs People was founded by Beatriz Fuentes, a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and People Director with more than two decades of experience leading HR, culture and organisational transformation across healthcare, technology, manufacturing, services and charitable sectors.

​

After years of guiding organisations through growth, restructuring, cultural change and international expansion, Beatriz established Springs People to provide organisations with access to strategic, pragmatic, values-driven HR support that delivers meaningful and sustainable impact.

Our Story

​

“Springs” is a nod to the Spanish word Fuentes, meaning “fountain” or “spring”, a symbol of renewal, flow, and life. It captures the essence of our approach: fresh energy, clarity, and continuous movement.

​

After years leading HR and People strategies in complex and growing organisations, Beatriz saw a need for a consultancy that goes beyond process, one that restores flow in organisations where culture, strategy, and people may have become disconnected.

​

Springs People was born from that vision: to help businesses bring their people strategy to life through clarity, compassion, and practical transformation.
