1. About Us
Springs People provides HR consultancy, fractional HR services, training, coaching, health checks and access to materials and toolkits designed to support organisations in strengthening their people practices.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
• Misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access to any part of it
• Reproduce, copy or exploit any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent
• Use the website in any way that may damage its functionality or security
We strive to maintain accurate content, although we do not guarantee error free information.
3. Services Provided
We offer a range of services including but not limited to:
• Fractional HR support
• People consultancy
• Training and coaching
• People Essentials Toolkit
• HR health checks
• Membership plans
The scope of each service will be agreed in writing with the client, either by proposal, contract, email confirmation or membership agreement.
4. Membership Plan Terms
Our membership plan provides monthly access to senior HR expertise and resources.
Membership includes:
• Up to two hours of consultancy time per month
• Access to our materials, tools and templates
• Additional hours charged at a discounted rate of £50
Membership conditions:
• Hours are tracked and used in fifteen minute increments
• Unused hours do not carry over
• Payment is made monthly in advance
• Membership can be cancelled with thirty days written notice
• Materials provided are for internal organisational use only
5. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed:
• Services are charged monthly or upon completion of agreed work
• Invoices must be paid within fourteen days
• Late payments may result in suspension of services
• VAT will be applied where applicable
• Project work or packages may require upfront payment
6. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel ongoing services or memberships with thirty days written notice to info@springs-people.com. All work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced.
For sessions, meetings and coaching appointments:
• Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice incur no charge
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged in full
• Non attendance is charged in full
• Exceptions may be considered in genuinely exceptional circumstances
Springs People may reschedule sessions if necessary and will provide alternative dates.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, templates, toolkits, training content and documents provided by Springs People remain our intellectual property. Clients may use them for internal business purposes only.
You must not:
• Distribute materials externally
• Copy or reproduce content for commercial use
• Remove branding or copyright notices
Permission for wider use must be requested in writing.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all client information with strict confidentiality and expect the same from clients. Confidential information must not be shared without written consent unless legally required.
9. Data Protection and GDPR
Springs People complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We collect and process limited personal data necessary for delivering our services. Full details are outlined in our Privacy Policy.
You have the right to:

• Request corrections or deletion
